You can schedule orders for up to one day in advance.

Scan the YallaGrub QR code at the tables of your favorite restaurants and use the easy-to follow instructions in our app to be served right at the table.

What if I get the wrong order?

YallaGrub is devoted to providing you the best food experience you have ever had, nevertheless if Murphy’s Law attacks, our team is committed to support our beloved customers. Just go to the app, click on "Need Help" or mail us at support@yallagrub.com and our customer service representative will contact you.

At what time can I order?

To "pre-order" you can place an order, at your convenience, for any future available date and time. Whereas for "Table Order" you can place the order while in restaurant based on their operational timings.

Is there an option to Pay later for Pre-Orders?

Unfortunately, no. While placing a pre-order you will need to make an advance payment for your order using credit or debit card that will allow the restaurant to serve your food as soon as you reach.

Is it compulsory to tip?

Whether you choose to tip or not is your decision. If you decide to tip through the app, you can have complete faith that the server will receive the full amount that you tipped

How can I redeem a voucher or promo code?

You can redeem the voucher or promo code by adding it in the "Enter Code" field when you are the "Order Summary" screen.

Till what time can I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel the pre-order if it has not been sent to the kitchen yet. This time will be mentioned in the "Track Order" screen when you place your order.

Will I get refunded if I cancel my pre-order?

Order is refunded if it is cancelled before being sent to the kitchen. This time will be mentioned in the "Track Order" screen when you place your order.
